What a document-based review can and cannot tell you
A review of the documents shows what the paperwork says and where it is incomplete or contradictory. It does not replace an inspection of the building, a survey of its actual state or a legal check of ownership and encumbrances.
For the physical side, a building survey can document the actual condition. For ownership and legal questions, involve a Czech lawyer.

Does it check ownership or legal status?
No. It reviews technical documentation, budgets and contract documents. Ownership and legal questions need a Czech lawyer.
Can I review a budget as well?
Yes. A budget or bill of quantities can be compared with the design documentation to find missing items, duplicates and conflicts.
