Survey to model
DigiStav Group combines 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry and manual measurement to document the actual state of a building, and can turn the data into drawings or a Revit/IFC model.
Models for operation
Models can be prepared for facility management, with room, area and equipment data and exports to Excel or IFC, instead of a pure design model.
Requirements and data checks
Validorix helps work with project information requirements, including IDS-based checks where relevant, so the delivered model can be checked against what was agreed.

How the work is split
Validorix is the software: IFC viewing and checks, and review of documentation. Survey, modelling and model upkeep are services provided by DigiStav Group s.r.o. and scoped per project, because geometry, purpose and level of detail differ for every building.
How it works
- Tell us what you have (drawings, scans, an IFC model) and what the model is for.
- We agree the scope: survey, modelling, level of detail and delivery format, for example IFC or Revit.
- You receive the data and the model, and can check the IFC in the browser with the free tools.
- Optionally, the model is kept up to date for operation and maintenance.
Good to know before you start
- Survey and modelling work is quoted individually after a short consultation. This page does not list fixed prices.
- IFC and DWG models are not read by the Validorix document review. They are checked with the IFC tools instead.

Do I need to install anything to check an IFC model?
No. The IFC tools open the model directly in your browser and do not need registration.
Can you model a building from scans or photos?
Yes, this is typical work for DigiStav Group. Write to info@validorix.com with the address, the building type and what you need the model for, and we will propose a scope.
Which deliverable formats are available?
Typical outputs are point clouds, 2D drawings (DWG/PDF), and 3D models in Revit or IFC. Exact formats are agreed per project.
